Power in Numbers

My child life practicum started 4 weeks ago and I have been crazy busy. Between work, practicum, and travel time, I am gone about 60 hours a week. It's exhausting. The last thing I want to do on the weekends is wake to an alarm clock. Every time my alarm clock goes off, I get annoyed. Every Friday I tell myself that there is no way I am setting an alarm clock on Saturday but, running really helps me de-stress. So even though it has only been about 1 day a week, I have been running. Mom's Run This Town SE Gwinnet have been doing half marathon training on Saturday's and the schedule has worked well for me.
